Plansifter is used in unprocessed seed kernels screening. The seed flowing route in the plansifter screening and classifying is called sieving path. The sieving path consists of various forms of lattice. The principle of sieve combination: to utilize the screening space ultimately, increase efficient screening size, ensure each kind of classifying material’s screening efficiency and improve the processing capacity of the plansifter.

In the sieving path combination, we should make sure the classifying material type of each sieving path. Usually, the classifying types are more for higher flour fineness grade. Then, according to the screening material granularity, screening nature, mesh size, quantity of the sifting material and sieving difficulty, we can determine the suitable screening length.

Finally, we can refer to the material discharging outlet position to make sure the discharging outlet position and each layer lattice form and arraying direction. We can determine each layer lattice height according to the inner total height of the screen box and each layer of material flow.
