Destoner Machine Adjustment and Maintenance

Destoner machine plays an important role in corn and grain cleaning. How to adjust and maintain destoner machine?
 

Destoner machine adjustment:
1. The sifter dip angle adjustment: the sifter dip angle is about 7°, and is adjusted when the goods leave factories. When the destoner machine processes different material, the sifter dip angle should be adjusted properly. We can turn the handle of the sifter dip angle adjustment device, and change the sifter dip angle.

2. The amplitude adjustment: when we adjust the amplitude, we just need to adjust the included angle of the counterbalance at the two ends of the motor. When the included angle turns small, the amplitude turns large; when the included angle turns large, then the amplitude turns small. The motor counterbalance at the two ends should be adjusted consistent. And then we can lock the nut.

3. The throwing angle adjustment: the throwing angle is the included angle β between the screen vibration direction and the sifter. When we adjust the relative position of the vibration motor and the principal axis, we can change the throwing angle. When the angle turns large, the material has large jump upwards on the sifter, and vice versa. Usually the throwing angle is 35° and is adjusted when the goods leave the factory.

Then let’s talk about how to maintain the DESTONER MACHINE.
1. Remove the light impurities in the case in time to prevent blocking.
2. Check the working sifter, which should be flat. When the sifter is worn, we can turn-over or change it. When we dismantle the sifter, weight overlying is prohibited.
3. When the sifter is blocked, we can use steel brush to clean it.
4. When we use vibration motor over four months, we should change the lubrication oil and remove the dust and dirt. The bearing can be changed once a year. And the machine should have a big maintenance once a year.
5. We should notice the weaving direction when we install the weaving screen. The machine has linear type of lengthways sifter and curvilinear shape of crosswise sifter.
6. When the support spring is broken, we should change it in time.
