Dal Mill Plant Motor Malfunction and Elimination Methods

Motor is the power equipment of dal mill plant. According to the power types, we can divide DAL MILL PLANT MOTOR into single-phase motor and three-phase motor. Dal mill plant usually adopts single-phase motor. In dal mill plant operation, there may have some motor malfunction. Today, let’s talk about this.
 

The common dal mill plant motor malfunction:
The speed becomes low.
The motor does not revolve.
The motor has brake failure.
Sometimes revolve and sometimes halt.
 

Then, we can use the following elimination methods to solve the above dal mill plant motor problems:
First, low speed is due to the speed turn-knob fault. So we can replace it with the new one.
Second, if the motor doesn’t revolve, we should check the power switch contact. If the motor still doesn’t revolve, then we can change the sensor or the controller.
Third, if it has brake fault, then we can rotate the regulator clockwise. If this is not available, we can change the carbon brush and the sensor.
Fourth, for the final problem, we can change the carbon brush or the sensor.
