Grain Vibrating Screen Operation and Maintenance

The TQLZ grain vibrating screen can be used to remove big, small and light impurities in the grains. It can grade the material according to the granularity by allocating different sizes of screen mesh.
 

Checking methods before starting grain vibrating screen:
a. Check whether all of the parts are fastened.
b. Check whether the lattice is compacted and whether the sieve mesh has sundries blocking.
c. Check whether the rubber blanket, the screen body and the rack are connected.
d. Check the connection between the vibration motor and the screen body.
e. Check the sealing condition of sealing element.
f. Check the electric supply and the voltage of the vibration motor and the chain control device.
g. The installation angle of the two vibration motors should keep uniform. And the revolving direction should be opposite.
h. Check whether the amplitude of the vibration motor is too large or too small. Usually it should keep between 2.5-5.5mm, and the maximum value should not exceed 6 mm.

Operation and maintenance methods of GRAIN VIBRATING SCREEN:
a. When the machine starts, the screen body and the machine should have no crash or abnormal noise.
b. Adjust the feeding mechanism and make the material have even distribution along with the screen width direction.
C. When the sieve mesh is blocked, we can use batten or bamboo chip to remove.
d. When the aspirator efficiency is not ideal, we can make it reach the best separation effect by adjusting the hand wheel to change the air duct width.

Maintenance after the grain vibrating screen halting:
a. This machine has no lubrication oil. But we need a complete maintenance every year. Maintain the two layers of sieve, the vibrating motor and change oil for the motor bearing.
b. If the sealing parts are worn or ageing, we should change and keep regular maintenance.
c. Check the screen body supporting device. If the rubber blanket has obvious detortion or damage, we should change it in time.
d. Check the cleaning rubber ball on the sieve regularly.
e. The vertical air duct dose not need maintenance. We just need to add lubrication oil when the moving parts are not flexible.
