FSMJ brushing machine introduction:
FSMJ brushing machine is mainly used in grain processing to clean dust, broken pericarp and mud. The high sifting efficiency depends on 360°sieve cylinder.
The machine is an ideal pericarp processing equipment for its compact and flexible structure, convenient operation and good effect.
Brushing machine structure and working principles:
1. Main structure
The horizontal spiral brushing machine is mainly composed of shell, rotor, brushing board, sieve cylinder and drive.
(1)The shell is welded by 4mm bended steel sheet. The top is equipped with inlets for materials and air while the end an outlet for ash; the doors on both sides of the shell can be opened to demount or install the sieve cylinder.
(2)The rotor is mainly composed of spindle and brushing board. The spindle is installed with adjustable brushing board supported by bearings on both sides. The rotor runs at a high speed in the chamber of sieve cylinder.
(3)The drive device is installed at the inlet, mainly composed of motor, triangular belt and the pulley. The motor is installed on the adjustable bracket which controls tightness of the triangular belt to make sure stable running of rotor and prolong durability of the belt. The drive is equipped with protection hood.
2. Working principles
The materials are charged through the inlet to the brushing area. The brushing board on the high speed rotor brushes the materials till they are separated. Meanwhile, the board pushes the materials to the outlet. The separated dust forms the screen throughs which are discharged through the ash outlet on the bottom.
