Bean introduction:
Beans have many varieties. The main bean varieties are soybean, black soya bean, mung bean, red bean, broad bean, lentil and so on. Bean contains rich nutrition ingredients. It is low in sodium, and very low in saturated fat and cholesterol. It is also a good source of protein, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and copper, and a very good source of dietary fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, folate and manganese. Beans can be used to cook soup or porridge, and can also be peeled into bean kernels or milled into bean flour for futher utilization. Peeled beans not only have better taste, but also enhance beans edible quality.
Bean peeler introduction and working principle:
Bean peeler is designed to peel bean husks and improve bean edible and utilization value. It uses high-speed rotating emery roller to cut and rub the bean cortex continuously, and the process destroys the bonding strength between bean endosperm and bean embryo, which can produce qualified peeled beans. It has highly efficient air suction chamber inside to collect the bean cortex from peeling process. The bean peeling rate can reach 95% above. It is composed of charging device, spiral conveyor, peeling chamber, transmission gear, aggregate bin, discharge device and dust catcher. Bean peeler can work independently as a single machine and also can work in the processing plant which consists of other sections, such as cleaning, destoning, brushing, bean flour milling and so on.
